1. FLEXIBLE Rate: Please do so before 6 pm hotel time one day of arrival or your credit card will be charged with the full amount of your booking.
2. HOT DEAL Rate: Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. The total price of the reservation will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
3. HIGH SEASON-& EVENT Rate: Generally to fair- & congresstime, christmas weekends, New Year week and strong demand periods: Cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival. For later cancellation or no show we charge the full amount of your booking to your credit card.
1. All mentioned rates are per room in € (euro), including buffet breakfast, entrance to our recreation centre and all taxes. Rate changes possible. city is not included in room rate.
2. The contract is binding between the guest and the operator of the accommodation.
3. The Austrian Hotel Contract regulations apply for this reservation. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
4. For reservations which include more than 3 rooms, different hotel cancellation rules apply. These will be provided by us.
5. The above mentioned conditions are valid only for individual reservations. For group reservations, special conditions apply which will be provided by us. If no special conditions are provided then the Austrian Hotel Contract conditions are valid.
6. We do not assume any liability or guarantee for reservations made through third party providers.
