Booking and Payment Terms and Conditions
The current General Terms and Conditions and rate regulations of the Hotel Leipziger Hof shall apply.
All prices quoted are starting prices per room per night in euros. Unless otherwise stated for the respective rate, the breakfast buffet and statutory charges are included.
The local tourist tax is not included in the room rate and will be charged separately. Prices are subject to change.
The accommodation contract is concluded between the guest and the Hotel Leipziger Hof as the accommodation provider. The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply. The place of jurisdiction is Innsbruck.
For bookings of three or more rooms, the hotel’s separate group and cancellation terms and conditions apply.
For bookings made via external booking platforms, the provider’s respective booking and payment terms and conditions also apply.
Changes, cancellations and enquiries regarding such bookings must generally be dealt with via the relevant booking platform.
Check-in: from 3.00 pm
Check-out: by 11.00 am
Early arrival or late departure may be possible subject to availability and at an additional cost.
We accept the following credit cards:

The hotel reserves the right to authorise the specified credit or debit card prior to arrival.
In the event of an invalid or insufficiently funded card, a service charge of €15.00 may be applied in accordance with the applicable booking terms and conditions.
Pets are not permitted at the Hotel Leipziger Hof.
The cancellation policy depends on the rate booked. The terms and conditions displayed to you at the time of booking and set out in the booking confirmation are the governing terms.
Flexible Rate
Cancellation is free of charge up to 16:00 local time, five days prior to arrival.
In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged to the credit card on file.
Early Bird Rate / Hot Deal
This rate is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
The total amount of the booking is due on the day of reservation and will be charged in advance. No refund will be given in the event of cancellation, changes to the booking or no-shows.
High Season and Event Rate
This rate applies in particular during conferences and trade fairs, on Advent weekends, during New Year’s Eve week and at other times of high demand.
Cancellation is free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the total amount of the booking will be charged.
The rates and cancellation conditions stated at the time of booking always apply.
